We close our season with the gem of every summer: a full run of our Youthquake Company’s entirely original musical production! Following last summer’s record-breaking, sold-out performances of ALICE: A Rock Musical, the ensemble-based training and outdoor theatre performance program for middle and high school performers is back for its third year. In this full day experience, students work with professional theatre educators and directors from all over the country to create and rehearse the new musical, Appily Ever After: A Twisted Musical Myth. This modern refresh on the classic tale of Sleeping Beauty takes us deep into the heart of social media and the fight to stay awake in a world intent on lulling us to sleep.
